Jennifer Max
I graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 1995 with a major in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. I’ve been married nearly 10 years and we have a one year old son. I love movies, reading, theater and summers in Minneapolis (not winters!).
Professional Experience:
I began my career on the agency side and spent five years working in promotions and marketing communications. I then became the advertising manager for the American Cancer Society and oversaw all TV, print, radio and online campaigns for the national home office. After working for UnitedHealth Group for about a year and a half when I first moved to Minneapolis, I am now employed with General Mills in the Communications department. I work in a new area called New Content & Experimentation and my role is to find ways to reach and engage our consumers and leverage our proprietary assets to further develop those relationships. The MA in Strategic Communications is a perfect way to further develop my skills and complement my current communications role.
